OUR STORY

TRIGO (tree-goh)

ORIGIN: Spanish, Latin for Triticum, Filipino

NOUN

  1. Wheat
  2. Field of wheat
  3. Inspired by the love of feeding and entertaining guests – Trigo was born. Preservative-free, freshly baked bread, made by hand.

 

Our bakers spend long hours feeding starters, making dough, and kneading rolls. Located on one side of the café, the bakery is glassed in so anyone can see our team hard at work daily, doing everything by hand.

 

Our bread selection varies from classics such as the sourdough, to Filipino favorites like the pan de sal and pan de coco. Grab a baguette or enjoy one of our hearty sandwiches, try the Trigo burger -with its secret sauce- on a potato bun. And what’s a bakery without coffee? We proudly serve locally sourced premium Philippine coffee- perfect with that croissant.
